How to delete your CoachFirst account and related data

To delete your CoachFirst account, you will need to follow these steps:

In the CoachFirst app for Android:

  • Click on the Settings icon in the lower right corner of the home page
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select “Delete Account”
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to finish deleting your account

In the CoachFirst app for iOS:

  • Click on the Settings icon in the lower right corner of the home page
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select “Delete Account”
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to finish deleting your account

Data storage and retention when you delete your CoachFirst account

When you delete your account, your Client profile and associated data attributes are immediately removed from CoachFirst’s software and database. Your name will continue to be stored and associated with historical order and appointment records to ensure continued functionality for the coaching companies that rely on that information for the continued operation of their business.
